Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for users seeking assistance via phone, email, chat, or service management portal
Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, operating systems, and business applications
Diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN)
Assist with user accounts, password resets, access requests, and permissions management
Install, configure, and update software and hardware as required
Log all incidents and requests into the IT service management (ITSM) system with accurate details and categorization
Prioritize and manage open tickets to meet service-level agreements (SLAs)
Escalate issues to Tier 2 or specialized teams when applicable
Follow documented workflows, runbooks, and standard operating procedures
Deliver exceptional, professional, and empathetic service to all users
Communicate incident status, next steps, and resolution details clearly and effectively
Provide basic training to users on common tools, applications, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Associate's in Computer Science or related field is required
Minimum Two years related experience
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments
Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, and common enterprise applications
Familiarity with ticketing/ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Cherwell, etc.)
Understanding basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
