Required

Experience with agile methodologies and project management in large-scale Salesforce implementations
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Preferred

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect) are highly desirable
Familiarity with CRM best practices in the context of evolving business needs
