$45/hr - $55/hrTechMind RPO is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support document processing and indexing operations. This role focuses on clearing document backlogs and organizing Advanced Directive records in a secure registry system.

Responsibilities
Retrieve digitized Advanced Directive documents from the system
Search registrants using Date of Birth and Last Name
Update or modify registrant records as needed
Rename files correctly when changes exist (c1, c2, etc.)
Upload and attach PDFs to the correct registrant profile
Move completed files to the Intake Log at month end
Run reports of active registrants with Advanced Directives
Review the most recent document in the system
Separate and categorize documents into the correct type: Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare Decisions, Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) Order, Living Will, POLST, Psychiatric Advance Directive
Re-index documents correctly within the registrant’s profile
Follow digital archiving and document retention standards
Ensure secure handling of sensitive and confidential information
Prevent exposure of full Social Security numbers
Maintain accuracy to avoid misfiling due to similar names
Qualification
Required
Experience in document indexing or records management
Experience processing high-volume backlogs
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas
Experience handling confidential or sensitive information
Preferred
Legal Secretary or Paralegal background
Government or public records experience
Bilingual skills
