Responsibilities
Review, document, and analyze current grant-related business processes and workflows
Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance usability, compliance, and operational efficiency
Assess policy or regulatory changes and advise stakeholders on required system or process updates
Facilitate meetings and working sessions with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners
Serve as a primary point of contact for functional users regarding application issues and enhancements
Communicate issue status, resolutions, and changes clearly to stakeholders
Manage and prioritize operational support requests and enhancement tickets using Azure DevOps
Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution and delivery
Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical and functional requirements
Lead and mentor business analysts supporting the application
Delegate tasks effectively while ensuring alignment with project objectives
Facilitate and lead requirements-gathering sessions with both business and technical audiences
Maintain comprehensive project documentation in SharePoint or similar collaboration tools
Ensure all decisions, process changes, and requirements are well documented and accessible
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience as a Business Process Reengineering Specialist or in a similar role
2+ years of experience working with grant management systems or government-funded programs
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Proven experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and system requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management abilities
Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional team environments
Proficiency with Azure DevOps
Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
