Qualification
Required
3 years of experience with IBM Websphere MQ

Design and implement integration solutions leveraging WebSphere MQ
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, CISMIS, Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience/training
Must be willing to work varying shifts Day, Night, Split or weekends
Preferred
Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, CISMIS, Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience/training
Airline Industry experience
Knowledge of Windows and Linux a plus
Knowledge of Kafka a plus
Familiarity with workflow and ITSM tools and ticketing systems
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interface at all levels of the organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and perform in a collaborative team-based environment
Basic understanding of server-to-server communication in a large-scale network
