Responsibilities
Provide high-level technical support to federal customers
Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving IP and analog video systems
Configure and support industry-standard networking and camera equipment
Diagnose, reproduce, and analyze system issues using structured troubleshooting methodologies
Support and provide oversight to Tier 2 engineering efforts
Develop and contribute to technical documentation and training materials
Participate in meetings, technical briefings, and working sessions
Communicate effectively with both leadership and field personnel
Qualification
Required
Active Secret Clearance (or higher)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Video surveillance systems (IP-based and analog), Security camera systems (hardware and software), Network systems administration and deployment
Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routers, switches, VPNs, NAT, VLANs, firewall rules)
Experience with IP addressing and network troubleshooting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in mission-focused environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining technical accuracy
