Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing Mazak’s advanced machine tool equipment at customer sites

Providing technical support

Performing diagnostics

Ensuring the optimal performance of systems

Providing excellent customer service

Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams

Qualification

Troubleshooting mechanical systemsTechnical knowledge of CNC machineryReading blueprintsSchematicsCustomer service skillsProblem-solving abilitiesBasic software tools understandingAttention to detailEffective communication

Required

Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Technical knowledge of CNC machinery, robotics, or industrial equipment

Capabilities in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Strong problem-solving, analytical abilities, and attention to detail

Effective communication and customer service skills

Basic understanding of software tools used in diagnostics and maintenance

Flexibility to travel frequently to customer locations

Associate's or technical degree in a related field or equivalent hands-on experience

Preferred

Previous experience in field service, manufacturing, or maintenance roles
