Responsibilities
Open and scan all incoming mail into the e‑file system for all companies, using appropriate categories
Receive and distribute incoming faxes for the Policy Services (POS) team
Route mail to the appropriate individuals or departments
Mail POS system‑generated checks and letters
Determine which requests should be forwarded for review by other departments or management
Maintain the file room and assist with filing when the primary staff member is out of the office
Conduct company business in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations
Demonstrate ethical behavior, integrity, and adherence to the Compliance Program—compliance is a condition of employment
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong research and problem-solving abilities
Ability to stay organized and prioritize effectively
At least one year of experience in an administrative support role
Proficiency with computers and MS Office, and ability to learn new systems quickly
Ability to adapt well to change and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Understanding of company products or ability to learn them quickly
English proficiency requirement (if applicable): Beginner, intermediate, or advanced level of English proficiency may be required
