Perform detailed takeoffs for commercial plumbing and medical gas systems
Review drawings, specs, and addenda
Solicit and level vendor/subcontractor pricing
Prepare complete, accurate bid packages
Manage bids from takeoff through submission
Qualification
Required
5+ years of commercial plumbing estimating experience
Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents
Proficiency with estimating software and Excel
Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines
Preferred
medical gas experience
knowledge of applicable codes
