Responsibilities
Independently perform the more complex analytical work in evaluating, monitoring, and maintaining institution compliance with various federal court mandates, federal and State regulations, and departmental policies and procedures associated with providing access to programs and services to patients with disabilities
Perform a wide variety of analytical duties that require knowledge of Department regulations, policies, procedures, and the ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and exercise good judgment
Function as a team lead over internal audits and special projects
Support the overall mission and immediate goals of the institution and perform duties as necessary to provide better delivery of program services
Perform the less complex analytical work in evaluating, monitoring, and maintaining institution compliance with various federal court mandates, federal and State regulations, and departmental policies and procedures associated with providing access to programs and services to patients with disabilities
Prepare reports, correspondence, collect data, track information, monitor tracking systems and make recommendations to management
Qualification
Required
Four years of work experience performing analytical, technical, clerical, and/or customer service duties
Academic education from an accredited college/university may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis
An additional year of professional analytical and/or technical experience equivalent to an Analyst I, Range C
Benefits
Employees who are employed at Pelican Bay State Prison (PBSP) for 12 consecutive qualifying pay periods will receive an annual $2600 recruitment and retention bonus.
