Responsibilities
Provide project planning expertise
Perform project scheduling and task breakdown
Identify project requirements
Track project issues, problems, and risks
Manage the Trouble Ticket Portal and Helpdesk, ensuring all tickets are resolved within 72 hours. Provide technical assistance to end users over the phone and/or in person as required while maintaining proper security and configuration standards in accordance with organizational policies
Manage all enterprise mobility devices
Manage enterprise licenses and user accounts
Manage the Account Validation System for staff and users. Ensure required access request documentation is completed and uploaded into the designated tracking system
Manage Active Directory (AD), including creating and maintaining user and computer accounts
Maintain an accurate inventory of all automation equipment, including configuration and location tracking
Manage annual Life Cycle Replacement (LCR) processes and understand enterprise purchasing procedures
Manage all classrooms and technical facilities, including troubleshooting audio visual equipment and coordinating equipment replacement and software updates
Manage all equipment including warranties and repairs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related technical discipline
CompTIA Security+ certification required
At least 12 years of experience as an Information Technology / Project Manager
Current Secret clearance (minimum)
Experience with Windows group permissions, printer troubleshooting, computer hardware/software repair, and Active Directory account creation and troubleshooting
Experience writing and troubleshooting PowerShell scripts for Windows 11 and Office 365
Experience managing Life Cycle Replacement (LCR) and warranty management
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired
Ability to maintain operational continuity and support transition planning
