They are seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud eCommerce Specialist to manage and optimize their SFCC storefront, improve conversion performance, and support ongoing development initiatives.

Responsibilities
Manage daily SFCC operations (product catalog, pricing, promotions, content slots, campaigns)
Configure and maintain SFCC Business Manager
Support releases, hotfixes, and QA testing
Manage site preferences, shipping methods, tax rules, and payment configurations
Maintain product data, categories, and attributes
Optimize PDP/PLP experience to improve CVR and AOV
Implement promotional campaigns and content updates
Monitor checkout flow with experience troubleshooting
Create weekly/monthly performance dashboards
Support order management, refunds/credits, and fraud workflows
Work with developers on SFRA customization
Assist marketing teams with landing pages and promotions
Coordinate UAT and productions deployments
Qualification
Required
Manage daily SFCC operations (product catalog, pricing, promotions, content slots, campaigns)

Preferred
3+ years' experience in eCommerce
2+ years hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA)
2+ years with SFCC Experience
OCAPI / SCAPI Experience
Experience in Shopify Ecommerce
Knowledge and Experience with SFCC, payment workflows, & checkout optimization
Proven Expertise in setting up and managing GA4 properties and GTM tags, triggers, and variables
In-depth knowledge of SQL Server database administration, including installation, configuration, reporting and maintenance
Solid understanding of semantic HTML and CSS best practices
Proven capability in designing REST API endpoints and implementing CRUD operations
Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role
Strong attention and eye for details
Organized with strong communications skills
