Technical Support Analyst
Tata Technologies is seeking a Go-to-Market Support Analyst to assist with NA go-to-market activities. This role will support the GTM lead in ensuring the platform is ready for new features and smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
Coordinating with cross functional teams to assist with project execution
Maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports to support project transparency
Supporting project meetings, stakeholder updates, and issue resolution efforts
Assisting with software implementations, hardware rollouts, or infrastructure upgrades
Supporting the management of dependencies, testing plans, and acceptance criteria
Monitoring progress and highlighting risks or delays to help ensure timely delivery
Assisting with post implementation reviews, documentation, and knowledge transfer
Qualification
Required
2 years of experience supporting IT or infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of IT systems, software, and vendor coordination
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Comfortable supporting software upgrades, migrations, or deployments
Excellent communication and status tracking skills
Preferred
Certifications such as Agile PM or PMP preferred
Stellantis Experience preferred
