Build and ship core product features end to end
Work directly with founders and early customers to translate real business pain points into product solutions
Operate across backend APIs, frontend components, and data systems
Help define technical architecture, engineering standards, and early team culture
Take ownership over major product decisions and technical direction
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience on strong software teams
Experience building products from scratch or in early-stage environments
Strong product instinct and ability to reason from first principles
Curiosity about both technical and business problems
Desire for ownership and meaningful equity
Kotlin/ Python, React or similar, AWS/GCP
