Responsibilities
Analyze product and process data to improve quality and performance
Support and maintain the Quality Management System (AS9100)
Lead APQP activities, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, and AS9102 FAIR
Lead Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations and MRB reviews
Develop and audit inspection plans, test procedures, and work instructions
Interface with customers and suppliers to ensure compliance and satisfaction
Promote a “Zero Defects” and “Right First Time” culture
Support Operational Excellence (OPEX) and Continuous Improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Excellent attention to detail and customer requirement interpretation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
5+ years of aerospace quality engineering experience (flight-critical)
Strong knowledge of AS9100, AS9102, SPC, PFMEA, and RCCA tools
