Junior ServiceNow Analyst

Responsibilities

Administer and configure ServiceNow foundational platform capabilities and Employee Center
Manage and support the ITSM product suite, including:
Incident Management
Problem Management
Change Management
Request Management
Service Catalog
Service Level Management
Asset Management
Software Asset Management (SAM)
Knowledge Base
Collaborate with ITSMO process owners, IT teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement platform enhancements
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues, including:
Configuration errors
Integration problems
Workflow failures
Performance concerns
Create, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards for end users and leadership
Ensure platform security by managing user roles, access controls, and adhering to security best practices
Document configurations, changes, and processes to maintain knowledge consistency across teams
Support development and maintenance of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
Stay informed on ServiceNow product roadmap, new features, and best practices; recommend platform improvements and drive automation opportunities

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration or a similar role (ITSM, ERP, CRM platforms)
In-depth, current knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules, including: Service Catalog, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, CMDB, User Management, Asset Management
Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills
Experience working in Agile environments
Experience in a large enterprise or complex organizational environment

Preferred

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist
Exposure to JavaScript and experience building workflows or automation within ServiceNow
Experience supporting modules beyond ITSM (e.g., ITOM, SecOps, custom applications)
ITIL v4 or v3.2011 Foundation certification
