Manage a portfolio of major gift donors ($25,000+) to raise funds for the Gallogly College of Engineering
Work closely with fellow OU Foundation colleagues as well as faculty, staff and administrative leadership on the OU Norman campus
Develop and implement fundraising strategies for the team to meet fundraising goals
Determine goals and areas of focus for the Sr. Director
Establish performance metrics annually in consultation with the Executive Director
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
eight (8) years of progressive experience in fundraising, sales and/or gift-planning-related roles
Preferred
Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE)
