Associate Manager, Program Management

Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and analyze performance data and key metrics
Prepare regular reports and dashboards for individual territories
Assist the Program Manager with day-to-day project coordination and operational tasks
Create and update PowerPoint presentations for Wealth Management and Financial Planning Programs, ensuring presentations align with program objectives, branding and learning standards
Support meetings by preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (business, finance, project management, or related fields preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint including data analysis, dashboards, presentations
Familiarity with data visualization / reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
Preferred
Demonstrated active listening skills
Collaborative working style within a team structure, partnering closely with Program Manager
Acts with integrity and sound judgment while navigating policies thoughtfully
