Responsibilities
Deliver short term revenue targets, and build new lines of business with Workday Wellness Partners to deliver innovative new software and services to Customers
Have strong executive presence and excellent written and oral communication skills
Be a strong facilitator, coordinating across Sales, Product, CX, Marketing and Partner organizations and operate with Partner obsession and high judgment
Exhibit ownership and take accountability for exceeding expectations and targets
Qualification
Required
8+ years in a Strategy or Business Development role in the SaaS / Cloud space leading complex sales cycles with strategic partner and customer accounts
5+ years of experience in GTM Strategy or Business Development either with Partners or Customers shaping strategy and executing end-to-end strategic initiatives all the way through realizing revenue results
Experience leading software sales teams, with track record of delivering and exceeding revenue targets
Ability to frame, structure and execute large and complex partner deals
Experience in US healthcare, financial services or insurance markets
Ability to engage with executives, facilitate business development, identify large-scale greenfield opportunities, and deliver business and revenue outcomes
Ability to influence senior leaders and executives
Strong written and oral presentation skills
Graduate or undergraduate degree, or equivalent in Computer Science / Engineering, Economics, or Finance
