Responsibilities
Data Classification: Analyze data points to profile the new data against existing ones and ability to identify related business function for the data
Metadata & Catalog Management: Create/maintain data definitions, business glossary, lineage, and documentation
Data Governance Enforcement: Implement data policies, standards, naming conventions, and compliance rules
Stakeholder Coordination: Build good relationship with primary customer and work with data owners, engineers, analysts, and business teams to clarify definitions and resolve data issues
Access & Security Oversight: Support proper data access controls, classifications, and privacy practices
Process Stewardship: Ensure data processes follow governance rules and support reliable data usage
Qualification
Required
