Responsibilities
Travel around Pittsburgh area and assist users with setting up new phones as well as Desktop and Peripheral equipment (mix of iPhone, Android, and Avaya desk phones) / mix of Laptops/desktops/thin clients
Imaging and Deployment of equipment
Follow customer provided processes/procedures to assist with deployment of new mobility assets to end users
Qualification
Required
Basic/entry level IT skills
Good communication, personality, and work ethic
Ability to lift equipment to transport from hospital to hospital
Travel around Pittsburgh area and assist users with setting up new phones as well as Desktop and Peripheral equipment (mix of iPhone, Android, and Avaya desk phones) / mix of Laptops/desktops/thin clients
Imaging and Deployment of equipment
