Collaborate with executive leadership to define and implement enterprise-wide AI strategies
Conduct technical impact assessments to ensure ethical AI use, fairness, and transparency
Serve as the business product owner for AI solutions to manage technical readiness and integration
Evaluate technology vendors and procurement requests for compliance with security standards
Oversee audits of AI systems to maintain alignment with regulatory and data governance policies
Define and monitor success metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of digital initiatives
Design technical training programs and playbooks to enhance AI literacy across the organization
Qualification
Required
5 or more years of experience in enterprise AI strategy development and data analytics
Proficiency in machine learning technologies and automated data governance frameworks
Experience with cybersecurity standards and privacy impact assessment methodologies
Experience in strategic planning for government or large public sector digital initiatives
Experience in building and managing a prioritized AI project portfolio and roadmap
Experience with KPI development and platform performance monitoring tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
