8+ years expAcumenz Consulting is seeking a Technical PM/Controls Software Engineer to lead software projects and drive process improvements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management within software development, applying SDLC processes and Lean Six Sigma principles.

Responsibilities
Experience in Process Audit for ISO Or CMMI standards
Knowledge of end-to-end Software development lifecycle
Experience in Lean / Six Sigma preferred
Develop and deploy processes for Software teams as per the Organizational standards
Experience in Project Management, Dashboard and KPI reporting
Maintain objectivity regarding issues and coach others to troubleshoot them by applying industry leading software development principles
Process Documents Inventory list, those are required to be updated or prepared to support the Control and Software engineering lifecycle
Risk/Gap analysis of existing Process Documentation and identify the requirement of the additional process documentation to enable the world class product quality for Customers
Project Plan for Process Documentation update. Based on the risk/gap analysis and continuous improvement needs, the individual with create a project plan that incorporates the appropriate priorities based on opportunities and available resources and depict the progress over the time
Identify and develop trainings on the defined process. This is to enable the know-how of the defined process and ensure the adherence
Experience in leading projects of varying size and complexity using multiple processes
Experience with Quality Management System in a large matrixed organization
Experience in using industry leading development process techniques to create organizational change
Experience in inhouse tool development using PowerApp, Power BI, Python is preferred
Qualification
Required
8-12 years experience with software projects
Project managers or program managers or project coordinators who have lived in software projects and driven process improvements
Understanding of SDLC processes and terminologies
Experience with Lean Six Sigma, CMMI, etc
Experience working with software engineers and supporting process improvements and project developments
Focus on software development process and not manufacturing
Experience in Process Audit for ISO or CMMI standards
