Responsibilities

Provide structured leadership and ongoing direction to assigned project teams
Plan, direct, and oversee IT project installations impacting multiple business areas
Develop detailed project work plans, schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocations
Manage project budgets, risks, changes, and dependencies using formal PM tools and processes
Ensure alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams
Deliver executive-level reporting and project oversight
Support continuous improvement of IT governance frameworks

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
6-10 years of experience leading IT projects and managing cross-functional teams
Proven experience delivering enterprise-level technical implementations

IT governance and strategic planning
Financial forecasting and budget management
Cloud-based collaboration tools and enterprise IT infrastructure
Strong working knowledge of JIRA, Trello, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
Experience leading Microsoft 365 implementations (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform)
