Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Terraform modules supporting multi-environment, multi-account enterprise deployments (dev, staging, production)
Implement Python-based automation to support infrastructure orchestration, validation, and integration with platform services and APIs
Translate network and platform architecture designs (SDN, CNaaS, cloud, hybrid) into executable IaC workflows
Manage Terraform state, modules, and environment isolation following enterprise best practices
Support deployment automation and environment consistency across evolving infrastructure programs
Collaborate with solution architects and DevOps teams to align infrastructure code with delivery milestones and monthly LOEs
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, automation, and deployment issues across cloud and hybrid environments
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines supporting infrastructure provisioning and validation
Improve reliability, observability, and maintainability of infrastructure codebases
Ensure secure development practices, access controls, and compliance alignment within enterprise environments
Maintain clear documentation and knowledge transfer to reduce reliance on tribal or vendor-specific knowledge
Support Agile delivery by participating in planning, execution, and iterative improvements of infrastructure workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related field
3-5 years of experience
3+ years of hands-on experience working with cloud and hybrid infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or equivalent)
3+ years of software development in Terraform (modules, state management, remote backends, multi-environment patterns)
Familiarity with enterprise networking concepts (SDN, network automation, service provisioning)
Strong understanding of common Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile/SCRUM
Ability to work independently, make sound discretionary judgments, and without close supervision once high-level goals are defined
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems quickly and creatively
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Self-motivated team player
Web page development using html/JavaScript/PHP
Solid understanding of device and web security, including certificate distribution
Ability to perform basic database queries of both SQL and NoSQL databases
Strong attention to detail, multi-tasker, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
