Network Operations Center Technician - Local Harrisburg Area
InstantServe Healthcare is seeking a Network Operations Center Technician to provide after-hours Level 1 NOC support for PA Commonwealth networks. The role involves monitoring systems, handling inbound calls, creating and escalating tickets, and coordinating with engineers for issue resolution.
Responsibilities
Provide after-hours Level 1 NOC support for PA Commonwealth networks
Monitor via SolarWinds/SquaredUp, handle inbound calls, create/escalate ServiceNow tickets, and coordinate with engineers/vendors for rapid issue resolution
Qualification
Required
2+ years systems admin, help desk, or call center experience (highly desired)
Incident management/ticketing (ServiceNow preferred)
Excellent written/oral communication
End-user support across IT skill levels
Troubleshooting & escalation
