Responsibilities
Providing Level 2 complex incident support of applications
Steward issues that arise for their application area
Lead the creation of system and operating documentation
Provide technical expertise and leadership including, precepting of new employees, mentorship, and education of peers to increase team's application, and technology knowledge thereby contributing to the maturity of the team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Arts or combination of education and related work experience
5 years IT application experience
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC)
Demonstrated analytical critical thinking skills for process development or problem resolution
Demonstrated working knowledge and expertise of healthcare processes and application system coordination
Demonstrated knowledge of database structure and working practice of reporting techniques and tools
Preferred
Bachelor of Science in IT field
Certifications and experience relative to the role
