Responsibilities

Possess a strong working knowledge of critical infrastructure systems, including:
UPS: Uninterruptible Power Supplies
Generators: Backup power generation systems
Chillers: Refrigeration systems for cooling equipment
Switchgear: Electrical distribution and control equipment
Commercial HVAC: Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems
Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for critical infrastructure systems
Manage vendor relationships, including performance monitoring
Maintain accurate asset tracking records for all critical infrastructure equipment
Track and analyze maintenance records to identify trends and proactively address potential issues
Respond to all critical alarms during after-hours periods as required
Identify opportunities to optimize system performance, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs

Required

3-5+ years of experience in critical infrastructure engineering or a related field
Strong understanding of facility operations and best practices
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficiency in CMMS software and other relevant tools
Bachelor's Degree

Preferred

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience
