Responsibilities
Answer calls, emails, and chat sessions from internal clients
Troubleshoot and resolve design application issues
Develop and maintain knowledge base articles
Assist in improving internal IT processes
Communicate progress and resolve customer problems
Research and document product defects
Deploy specialized applications for business units
Participate in product BETA programs
Manage AEC product licenses
Provide peer training and presentations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, CAD, Engineering, or related field
4 years of experience working with Design Technology platforms
Excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience with dev teams
Time management skills
Experience in smaller firms with diverse roles
