Responsibilities
Assist Primary project coordinator on coordinating construction projects
Manages branch project permitting process including submitting paperwork to local governments
Scheduling project inspections with the local code officials
Uploading project information into various software
Schedule and manage company owned scissor lifts as well as coordinating rental equipment
Manage travel arrangements for out-of-town projects
Coordinate and track field personnel for required trainings
Run material to the job sites as required
Other duties assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in an office environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Demonstrate adaptability in an ever-changing environment
Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer
Adhere to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy
Must have valid Driver's License with clean driving record - position will require operating shared company vehicle as needed
Preferred
Project coordinator experience in fire & safety preferred
