Integrated Prime Vendor Program Manager
DLA Careers is seeking an Integrated Prime Vendor Program Manager. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for stakeholders and will oversee the operations of Integrated Prime Vendor sites, ensuring compliance and enhancing efficiency.

Responsibilities
Serves as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including the Army, DLA, and contractors, on all program operations, initiatives, and reporting requirements
Provides oversight for assigned Integrated Prime Vendor (IPV) sites, including long-term planning, performance evaluation, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements
Identifies, analyzes, and coordinates the resolution of operational problems, leading continuous process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency
Develops and implements policies, procedures, and performance metrics to address supply issues and evaluate contractor performance for quality and effectiveness
Schedules, chairs, and coordinates Quarterly Program Management Reviews (PMRs) to analyze past performance, plan for future requirements, and recommend contract modifications
Oversees contract administration activities, such as clarifying specifications, monitoring contractor work performance, and ensuring the resolution of any issues
Prepares and submits reports, updates, and briefings on contractual progress and operational issues to DLA leadership as requested

One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position
Knowledge of regulations and methods used in contract administration, and quality assurance
Prepare reports, present findings, negotiate to resolve issues and coordinate with various stakeholders
Apply analytical techniques to measure the effectiveness of program activities, identify problems, evaluate trends, and recommend solutions and process improvements
Ability to facilitate multi-functional teams, establish and maintain cooperative working relationships, and provide oversight and direction to ensure program objectives are met
