Responsibilities

Lead display feature coordination for next‑generation display product lines
Develop and own feature specifications in collaboration with customers, UI, software, platform, and global display teams, driving architectural and feature commonality
Lead story‑mapping activities, including content allocation by layer and alignment to project timelines
Manage user stories and bug tracking across the full development lifecycle
Oversee validation efforts, including simulator-based testing and automated test strategies
Own end‑to‑end change request management, ensuring impact assessment and stakeholder alignment
Serve as the primary point of contact for display features and feature‑related inquiries
Collaborate cross‑functionally with platform teams and key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration
Develop, maintain, and review user guides and supporting documentation
Conduct design reviews and provide regular status updates to technical and leadership stakeholders

Required

Lead display feature coordination for next‑generation display product lines

Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project
System Testing: Knowledge of system and software testing; ability to design, plan and execute system testing strategies and tactics to ensure the quality of software at all stages of the system life cycle
Technical Troubleshooting: Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application or operation

Preferred

Desire to work in an Agile, collaborative team environment
Advanced technical degree such as MSEE, MSCE, or MSCS
Experience with CAN, J1939, Ethernet and other data link protocols
Extensive embedded systems leadership experience
Experience developing embedded software systems
Proficiency with Git–based configuration and version control management
Experience working with large‑scale web frameworks such as Angular or React.js
