Responsibilities

Conduct business and data analysis to compile, interpret, and report key insights that support organizational objectives

Coordinate data extraction from multiple databases and provide analytical interpretation to guide decision‑making

Perform quality assurance reviews and testing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of program data

Identify and drive resolution of business issues uncovered during testing and validation activities

Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data trends and findings

Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to assess needs and translate them into effective solutions

Support the creation of system, integration, and UAT test scripts, along with related documentation such as Testing Summary Reports

Participate in and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities

Collaborate with system owners to understand current data structures, resolve source data issues, and refine transformation rules

Assist in conducting source data quality assessments to ensure reliability and completeness
