Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution
Ensure user-friendly messaging for design flows, helping users securely and seamlessly complete tasks with confidence and ease
Play a key role in shaping communication of highly visible, critical information, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and consistency across touchpoints
Qualification
Required
5 years of experience in content design, UX writing, digital marketing, copywriting, or related field
Understanding of UX, content design, and information architecture
Familiarity with A/B testing, user research, and performance analytics
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
Ability to lead complex content strategies and translate ambiguous requirements and constraints into clear, scalable content patterns
Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
Preferred
Experience in financial institutions, specifically retail banking
Experience with CMS, design tools like Figma, and collaboration tools like Miro
Exposure to microcopy or marketing in previous roles
