Responsibilities
Work in an industry consortium to develop a government reference architecture for Mission Systems autonomy software
Work on a team developing software autonomy solutions for items such as UAV contingency management
Use Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to develop an architecture for future systems that complies with the required standards
Work in a dynamic environment requiring consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in an Engineering discipline: Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related technical degree in Computer Science or Software
Comprehensive understanding in systems engineering principles or closely related engineering discipline
Experience with MBSE processes, principles, and tools to develop practical solutions to a range of complex problems
Demonstrate effective listening and communication skills while thriving in cross functional, cross industry team environments
Must be a US Citizen, must have or be able to obtain a final secret clearance
Preferred
Experience with Cameo and Teamwork Cloud
Understanding of MBSE Languages and Frameworks: SysML, DoDAF, UPDM, UAF
Experience in developing processes, procedures, and other complex formal technical documentation
Experience in applying Systems Engineering to Mission Systems and Ground System software development
Experience developing UAV / Drone vehicles
Air Vehicle Mission Systems experience
Ground Station experience
