Responsibilities
Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs and change driven activities in accordance with project management industry
Leads studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), reports, risk assessments and planning efforts to determine impacts, constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives
Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
Develops and establishes lead time requirements. Facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plan, schedules, change and baseline management, processes, techniques considered to be best practice across the industry
Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion
Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Project Management
3+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment
3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in Azure Dev Ops (ADO). Building, maintaining and refine backlogs
3 or more years of experience operating in an Agile development environment
Experience acting in Agile leadership roles of Project Manager, Scrum Master and/or Release Train Engineer
3 or more years of experience in a leadership role (team lead, project manager.)
3 or more years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing medium-to-high-level projects for Executives or Senior Leadership
3 or more years of experience in managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools
3 or more years of experience with executive level communication including presentation development and report outs
Preferred
10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Experience in managing relationships with business leaders and executives; leading complex projects; enabling leaders to make data-driven decisions
Ability to drive several cross-functional teams; programs and work streams towards a unifying set of objectives
Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to synthesize complex issues/scenarios into easy-to-understand concepts
Implementation experience with SAFe Framework
Experience with Project Management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), ITG Clarity and BORIS
Self-starting attitude with desire to learn new statements of work
Experience using Agile and SAFe methodology
Experience utilizing BORIS to document Risk, Issues, Opportunities
Experience with executive level communication including presentation development and report outs
Experience in developing and implementing process improvements
Experience with work movement process
