As an HTS Research Associate, you will significantly increase the speed of the drug discovery platform by executing high-content screens and conducting experiments using molecular biology techniques and automated laboratory instrumentation.

Responsibilities
Execute critical experiments with careful attention to detail, consistency, and documentation
Develop your skills by working on projects aimed at improving laboratory performance by working with multiple stakeholders in different departments
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree or similar in a biological field
Proficiency and experience in molecular biology concepts and assays
Experience working with automated computer-controlled laboratory instrumentation
The ability to think on your feet. We're looking for associates who know when they need to ask for help/insights from their teammates, but can also figure things out for themselves when needed
A passion for working in a fast-paced start-up culture where you'll leverage creativity and independent thinking to find answers wherever you can
Preferred
Some familiarity/comfort with computational tools is desirable (we embrace the efficiency that comes with leveraging computers)
