Mid LevelSignature IT World Inc is dedicated to supporting Front Office banking through the implementation of an application for the portfolio management group. The Project Manager will manage stakeholder engagement, provide updates, and ensure timely delivery of milestones while coordinating across multiple teams.

Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Front Office banking teams and portfolio management to gather and validate requirements
Manage and oversee JIRA boards to track project progress, issues, and upcoming milestones specific to the ongoing Front Office support
Facilitate daily interactions with stakeholders, including senior executives, ensuring transparent communication and alignment
Develop and deliver compelling presentations to report on project status, identify risks, and showcase achievements
Coordinate effectively with shared services teams to ensure seamless execution of project tasks
Proactively identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project updates regularly
Support milestone tracking and reporting to ensure adherence to project timelines and objectives
Foster a collaborative environment within the project team to achieve the common goal of enhancing Front Office banking operations
Qualification
Required

Preferred
Exceptional communication and presentation skills tailored for engaging stakeholders at all levels
Strong stakeholder management skills with a focus on Front Office and banking operations
Proven experience in managing JIRA boards and coordinating with cross-functional teams
Ability to proactively identify and mitigate project risks
Prior experience supporting Front Office banking or financial services projects is highly desirable
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Capable of managing multiple priorities and working under pressure to meet deadlines
