Senior LevelCpl Life Sciences is supporting a global programme migrating regulated labeling activities from a legacy labeling system to Veeva Vault Labeling. They are seeking an experienced Senior Labeling Systems Consultant to play a key role in supporting labeling processes, system migration, and stakeholder engagement within a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end migration of labeling content, workflows, and processes from Intagras to Veeva Vault Labeling
Act as a subject matter expert on regulatory labeling processes within regulated environments (pharma / life sciences)
Collaborate with global project teams, regulatory stakeholders, and business users throughout the migration
Support system configuration, testing, validation, and UAT activities
Ensure labeling documentation and workflows align with compliance, governance, and audit requirements
Assist with change management, user guidance, and knowledge transfer post-migration
Provide post-implementation support to ensure stability and user adoption
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with labeling systems in regulated environments
Proven experience working with Veeva Vault Labeling (essential)
Experience supporting system migrations or transformations involving legacy platforms
Solid understanding of regulatory labeling lifecycle, governance, and compliance
Comfortable operating in global, matrixed project environments
Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
Preferred
Prior hands-on experience with Intagras
Experience working on global labeling transformation programmes
Exposure to validation frameworks (GxP, CSV, etc.)
Experience supporting remote, globally distributed teams
