Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support Zuora ↔ Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP integrations using OIC
Troubleshoot and fix:
Journal entry posting failures
Data mismatches and reconciliation gaps
Integration job failures and latency issues
Perform hands-on implementation and remediation of:
OIC integrations and orchestration flows
API calls (REST/SOAP) between Zuora and Oracle Fusion
Data mappings, validations, and transformations
Ensure accurate and timely data flow for billing, revenue, and GL postings
Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to support close processes
Monitor integrations and implement preventive controls and logging
Qualification
Required
Proven hands-on experience integrating Zuora with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP via OIC
Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Zuora and Oracle Fusion APIs
Data mapping, transformations, and error handling
Experience resolving journal entry issues and reconciliation discrepancies
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
Ability to independently implement and support production fixes
Experience with Zuora Billing and/or Zuora Revenue (RevPro)
Exposure to SaaS subscription billing and revenue workflows
Prior experience in integration stabilization or rescue projects
Preferred
Remote (East Coast candidates Preferred)
