Responsibilities

Design and implement industrial automation and control systems for complex projects
Oversee project scope, scheduling, budgeting, and technical execution
Develop cost estimates, technical proposals, and project documentation
Interface directly with clients to ensure project alignment and satisfaction
Deliver technical training to internal teams and end users
Troubleshoot and improve existing automation platforms and control systems
Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and industry regulations
Provide leadership and guidance to engineering staff

Required

Strong background in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA systems, control architecture, and industrial networking
Experience in client-facing or technical services environments
Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred

Master's degree in Engineering or related field
Professional Engineering (PE) license or industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CAP)
Exposure to advanced automation technologies such as robotics, vision systems, or IoT-based solutions
Project management certification (PMP) or similar experience
