Responsibilities
Helping the Principal Content Art Director build and maintain an A+ internally-managed network of content creators, continually sourcing new talent from customer and influencer audiences
Managing the day-to-day of creator support, including overseeing sample shipments, overseeing creator communications, and assisting with content feedback
Owning creator administration, including contract updates and routing for signatures, payments, and proactive casting
Support the Principal Content Art Director in producing monthly internal UGC shoots, including sourcing locations and managing prop purchases and supply needs
Assist the Principal Content Art Director with writing and posting UGC briefs as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, and 0-2 years' experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Highly collaborative and low ego
Preferred
Experience creating or sourcing content for brands, especially for our demographic: parents of younger children
Experience working on paid social in a high-growth company or agency environment
