Support proposal preparation, onboarding execution, billing coordination, and project setup
Maintain accurate client records, start dates, and utilization tracking
Assist with budget monitoring and accounts receivable follow-ups
Manage HubSpot access and coordinate portal audits
Support new hire system setup and maintain organized Drive structures
Build and maintain ClickUp views and workflow coordination
Track Company, Team, and Individual Rocks
Document EOS action items and prepare meeting materials
Monitor cross-team task completion and update internal reports
Prepare kickoff decks and client-facing materials
Maintain organized Sales and Marketing assets
Ensure brand consistency across templates and documentation
Implement scoped automations in ClickUp
Identify opportunities for workflow optimization and AI support
Maintain clear, repeatable operational documentation
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational discipline
Cross-functional collaboration skills
Comfort working across tools such as HubSpot, ClickUp, and Google Workspace
