Responsibilities
Lead enterprise cloud migration initiatives , including Azure/AWS transitions, SaaS modernization, and application transformation programs
Develop and manage full lifecycle project artifacts: charters, project plans, RAID logs, executive dashboards, change control documentation
Manage multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives across cross-functional teams
Partner with architecture, infrastructure, security, and business units to align modernization roadmaps
Participate in strategic discussions around AI adoption, AI governance, and digital transformation planning
Coordinate vendors, systems integrators, and offshore delivery teams
Present status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership and steering committees
Ensure regulatory, security, and compliance standards are maintained during cloud transitions
Qualification
Required
7+ years of Project Management experience (minimum 5 years required; senior-level candidates encouraged)
Demonstrated experience leading cloud migration or cloud implementation initiatives (Azure, AWS, M365, SaaS transition)
Strong documentation and PMO governance experience
Experience managing multiple enterprise-wide initiatives concurrently
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Preferred
Conceptual understanding of AI strategy, AI roadmap planning, or AI vendor integration
Experience within healthcare IT (non-clinical systems preferred)
Exposure to analytics, ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms, or enterprise data systems
Experience working in regulated environments
