The role involves overall program management, including issue resolution, quality assessments, and budget management for new vehicle programs.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall program management and delivery of new vehicle programs
Activities include but are not limited to: Issue Resolution, Quality/Status Assessments, Fleet (Vehicle) Management, and Budgets/Timing
Managing the Launch Teams transition to the plant
Managing Pre-Production Build Events
Managing the ordering, building, testing, and disposition of vehicles
Managing the Pre-Production Drive Fleet Evaluation Plan
Managing Product Development change approvals ahead of prototype builds
Gatekeeper for New Model Programs
Leading the build issues management process for the cross functional program team
Co-Chairing meetings and driving part support issues to resolution for each pre-production build
Champion Senior Management Presentations
Preparing and presenting New Model Program weekly assessment reports
Managing launch budget approval and executing elements controlled by New Model Programs within the launch budget
Qualification
Required
Responsible for the overall program management and delivery of new vehicle programs
Managing the Launch Teams transition to the plant

Manufacturing experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to be detail-oriented and highly organized
Bachelor's Degree
