Responsibilities
Communicate regularly with project teams, client representatives, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
Assist with identifying, entering, monitoring, and analyzing key project deliverables, milestones, and action items
Support the preparation of monthly progress reports and project updates
Enter and maintain project scheduling information
Monitor submittal logs and RFIs within construction management systems and help expedite responses
Organize and maintain project file management systems
Assist with creating and setting up new projects within internal systems
Coordinate required training programs and compliance records for project personnel
Research and resolve project-related questions
Support engineering teams with client studies, reports, and deliverables
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
Provide administrative and analytical support to project leadership as needed
Qualification
Required
High School diploma with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or
Associate's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or
Bachelor's degree with some relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint required
Must be able to work fully onsite
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Preferred
Strong analytical background preferred
Power BI and advanced Excel skills are highly desirable
