Responsibilities

Partners with the Regional Managers to complete requests from advisors

Review documents received from representatives to ensure complete and accurate data can be processed by Home Office Operations

Monitor daily notifications from Compliance and Operations then route them to the appropriate financial advisor for advisement

Processes money movement for client accounts

Research and resolve operational or account related issues

Provide professional customer service over the phone and via e-mail

Act as liaison between home office and representatives

Maintains prompt and regular

Required

Must speak Spanish fluently

Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Experience in the financial services industry a plus

Strong written and oral communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with other departments, court/regulatory personnel, clients, etc

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to adhere to strict timelines

Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office

Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer

Candidates graduating after December 2025 will not be considered

Preferred

Portuguese fluency is a plus
