Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems
Troubleshoot and replace hardware components including:
1. Hard drives
2. RAM
3. Keyboards and mice
4. Monitors
5. Cables
6. Video cards
Perform system diagnostics and ensure proper system functionality
Support mobile devices and enterprise applications
Document incidents, resolutions, and processes
Escalate complex issues as needed

Qualification

Desktop hardware troubleshootingWindows supportCompTIA A+CompTIA Network+Citrix technologiesMobile Device ManagementCustomer service skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

College diploma or university degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 2 years of equivalent hands-on IT support experience
Strong knowledge of desktop hardware troubleshooting and repair
Experience supporting Windows-based environments
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

Preferred

Experience with Citrix-based technologies
Understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Industry certifications such as: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, MCTS, MCITP, etc.)
