They are seeking an IT Customer Support Analyst to provide Tier I/II support for corporate and division customers, troubleshoot issues, and conduct end-user training.

Responsibilities
Provide Tier I/II support to our corporate and division customers for a variety of technologies, including software, hardware, and mobile devices
Diagnose and resolve software or hardware issues
Test new systems and applications
Create, update, and manage service and support documentation
Conduct end-user training
Interact with customers in person, by phone, or via electronic messaging
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
Installing, updating, and configuring software and hardware
Assisting with data storage issues and recovery of data
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with M365 and Exchange Admin portals
Win 11, MFA, VPN, and MDM experience
Experience with on prem as well as cloud Active Directory
Good problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
A customer-oriented attitude in providing professional customer support services
BS in computer science or related field. Previous experience a plus
