Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the AI-powered chatbot project, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
Implement and advocate for Agile best practices, guiding the team through Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
Act as a product owner when necessary, defining product vision, roadmap, and prioritizing features based on business value and customer needs
Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Oversee testing phases, including unit, integration, and acceptance testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing process enhancements
Mentor and coach team members on Agile principles and frameworks
Qualification
Required
20+ years of IT experience in managing medium to large engagements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Agile project management, with a focus on software development projects
Experience in AI and chatbot technologies is highly desirable
Experience handling SAP programs is highly desirable with good understanding of managing Non SAP programs as well
Proven experience in Leading Agile development projects, with deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks
Strong skills with a track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget
Familiarity with Agile project management tools (such as JIRA, Confluence, and other relevant software)
Background in software development or other technical areas
Well versed in multiple styles of Release & Change Management processes including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall and Iterative
Strong analytical skills with continuous process improvement mind set
Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written and presentation
Knack for fostering positive relationships and ability to communicate at all organization levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex project challenges
Ability to facilitate Brainstorming sessions to gather lessons learned from implementation with business and BPR, and Information Technology
Excellent teamwork skills and ability to influence others and an ability to quickly establish trust and credibility
High level of professionalism, energy and sense of urgency to 'make things happen'
Strong facilitation skills for requirements gathering, scoping, planning, and review sessions across multiple teams
